Personal data and contact

Equaviz OÜ, the data controller, uses information submitted through the contact form or sent to contact@equaviz.com to respond to your enquiry. The form requests your first name, last name, company, email and message; your phone number is optional. It creates no account or marketing subscription. Depending on its purpose, processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request or on Equaviz’s legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Information is accessible to people authorised to handle your enquiry. Cloudflare provides the form processing and Turnstile anti-spam protection, Resend transmits the message and IONOS hosts the receiving mailbox. This form creates no contact database. Messages are kept while your enquiry is handled and followed up, then deleted, unless a legal retention obligation or the need to protect a legal right applies. Please avoid including sensitive data in your message.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The website does not integrate advertising cookies, audience analytics or behavioural tracking tools.

When you start filling in the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the enquiry does not come from a bot. This protection uses technical information, including your IP address and browser characteristics, for security purposes. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Your choice of French or English is saved only in your browser’s local storage, under the key “equaviz-language”. It is used solely to display your chosen language and remains saved until you change it or clear the website’s data in your browser. Without a saved choice, the language is selected from your browser preferences, without geolocation.
